Tamer Wagih is a visionary Egyptian entrepreneur who has successfully diversified Prime Group across numerous sectors — including pharmaceuticals, real estate, hospitality, and information technology. Beyond his business achievements, he is recognized for his commitment to volunteerism, economic reform, and social responsibility on both national and regional levels. Under his leadership, Prime Group has become a multi-sector powerhouse with a strong international presence.

VICE CHAIRMAN
As Vice Chairman, Mahmoud Farrag plays a pivotal role in shaping Prime Group’s strategic direction and expansion. He has been instrumental in launching flagship ventures such as Egypt’s first international outlet mall and in overseeing subsidiaries across food, pharma, and other industries. His executive leadership and board-level responsibilities reinforce Prime Group’s growth and diversification strategy.

COO
Mohamed Saif is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of Prime Group. He translates corporate strategy into action by managing teams, optimizing business processes, and aligning operations with long-term objectives. Working closely with the Chairman and Vice Chairman, he ensures financial discipline, quality control, and productivity, acting as the operational backbone of the organization.
