Prime Smart
Founded in 2020, Prime Smart is a multifaceted business and investment company with a strong and expansive network across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. The company operates as a subsidiary of New Smart Investment Company and is among the few local organizations with the privilege of working closely with Egyptian government agencies on strategic projects.
Prime Smart acts as a business development advisor to leading multinational corporations, facilitating their entry and expansion in Egypt. Its international partners include CNCEC, CSIC, and China Huadian from China; SERNEKE from Sweden; and DSV Logistics. Through these collaborations, Prime Smart bridges global expertise with local opportunities, strengthening Egypt’s position as a hub for international investment.
Prime Smart is currently co-developing Koun, a high-end gated residential complex in Ras El Hikma, in partnership with Mabany Edris. This project reinforces Prime Group’s vision for premium real estate and international-level collaboration.
